WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

A model matched to the real need

Input Record may work directly with an artist, collaborate with an existing team or coordinate outside specialists. The selected model is confirmed only after reviewing the project’s objectives, readiness and resources.

MODEL 01

Full Management

Ongoing strategic and operational coordination across the artist’s professional music career, subject to a negotiated scope, term and review process.

  • Long-term career planning
  • Coordination across several activities
  • Regular reporting and formal reviews

MODEL 02

Project Management

Focused management for a release, album campaign, launch period or other clearly defined professional objective.

  • Specific project and deliverables
  • Defined timeline and budget
  • Completion or renewal decision

MODEL 03

Strategic Partnership

Collaboration with the artist’s existing team, label, manager or specialist partners through clearly divided responsibilities.

  • Shared plan and decision structure
  • No unnecessary duplication of roles
  • Independent expertise when required

PARTNERSHIP FRAMEWORK

Six points must be clear before the work begins

A partnership becomes workable when both sides understand what will be done, who can decide and how progress will be reviewed.

01

Shared objectives

The project, audience, territories, priorities and realistic measures of progress are identified together.

02

Defined roles

Input Record, the artist, the artist’s team and any outside specialist receive distinct responsibilities.

03

Approval limits

Creative, contractual, financial and public decisions that require the artist’s approval are documented.

04

Budget & compensation

Fees, commissions, shared investment, expenses, taxes and payment timing are negotiated privately and recorded in writing.

05

Communication & reporting

Meeting rhythm, reports, access to information and the method for raising concerns are agreed in advance.

06

Review & transition

The relationship includes review dates, conditions for continuation and an orderly process for ending or transferring work.

ROLE CLARITY

Label, manager and service provider are not automatically the same role

Input Record may participate as a label, manager, project coordinator or service provider. Each role must be identified separately so the artist understands which responsibilities, rights and payments belong to each activity.

When Input Record recommends or coordinates an outside professional, the specialist’s role, cost and relationship to Input Record must be disclosed. A potential conflict or additional compensation must never be hidden.

The artist keeps final authority over matters that require personal or legal approval unless a signed agreement grants specific, limited authority.

OUR COMMITMENT

Transparent work. No hidden promises.

Input Record does not promise guaranteed streams, playlist placement, instant fame or a major-label deal. The commitment is to organized work, honest communication and the pursuit of relevant opportunities.

PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES

  • No obligation before a written agreement is signed
  • No undisclosed double commission or hidden referral payment
  • No spending beyond the agreed approval limits
  • No transfer of ownership through informal conversations
  • No outside specialist added without a defined purpose

FIND THE RIGHT FIT

The model is selected after the project is understood

Submitting an application does not create management or exclusivity. It begins a review that may lead to an interview and, when the fit is confirmed, a written collaboration proposal.
