A conversation comes before a contract

Selected applicants may be invited to an exploratory meeting. That meeting is used to confirm objectives, expectations, responsibilities and the most appropriate working model.

No management relationship begins until both parties approve a written proposal and sign the appropriate agreement. Input Record may decline a project when the fit, timing or required resources are not right.
