The threshold guides the next step. Availability, rights, conflicting commitments and other verification results may still affect the decision.

75–100

Interview pathway.
The project may be invited to an exploratory meeting, subject to availability and verification.

60–74

Development or clarification pathway.
Additional information, specific development priorities or a project-based service may be proposed.

Below 60

No selection at this stage.
The project may be presented again after further development or stronger preparation.

REVIEW SEQUENCE

Five checks before an interview invitation

  1. Confirm that the application and required links are complete.
  2. Check the rights statements, credits and disclosed professional commitments.
  3. Review the music, artistic direction and project readiness.
  4. Assess the requested services, resources, timing and budget assumptions.
  5. Record the result and determine whether an exploratory meeting is appropriate.
